Please follow the below protocols in regards to your appointment:
Screening: Clients are required to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire that will be emailed following a booking. Clients will also be verbally screened before entering the clinic. Again, we ask if you are feeling unwell to reschedule your appointment. See our pre screening document below.
Sanitization: Before you enter we ask you to SANITIZE your hands at the station outside of our door. Please do not wear protective gloves into our office.
Masks: Masks are mandatory to wear entering the building, during your entire massage and exiting the building. If you wear a reusable (cloth) mask, please be sure it is freshly washed. If you are wearing a disposable mask, please be sure it is clean, and has not yet been worn.
Minimal Touch: Please arrive alone and with minimal personal items. Please try to limit the surfaces you touch once inside our office. We kindly ask you to use your washroom at home prior to your massage in an effort of avoiding ours.
Payment: Please pay your RMT directly preferably with an E-transfer. If an e-transfer is not an option, please have a cheque ready made out to your therapist directly. See your RMTs email address here.
Reception: We are now operating at reduced reception hours. Should you get our answering machine, please leave us detailed messages including your phone number. Your call will be returned within 24 hours.
